What do you like about working at Southern California Edison?
"I was immediately given a great deal of trust and responsibilities, far more than I anticipated or hoped for. I was also given the resources and training to fulfill the responsibilities I was given. However, the best thing about working for SCE Advanced Technologies was the people. Everybody was there to help, not to promote themselves. There was no backstabbing or politics at work."
What don't you like about working at Southern California Edison?
"The location of the workplace was too far away for me to drive everyday, so I had to carpool most days."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only real suggestion I have for management is to manage office space a little better. I was only a summer intern so did not have a permanent office, but it was slightly annoying to move my desk 3 times in 3 months. This does not seem to be a problem with permanent employees however."
