They do obtain the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality, and you definitely have to work hard in order to enjoy the benefits of this company. Everyone is so positive and encouraging when it goes to others' success. The starting salary is sort of low, but it is very do-able for someone fresh out of college! And, like I previously stated, the opportunity to grow quickly and make a lot of money in this company is very apparent!"
