"I've worked for insight Global for almost four years. In less than four years, I've had the chance to move up quickly and build a career based off of hard work that I'm incredibly proud of. During my interview, I was promised personal, professional, and financial growth so long as I worked hard, stayed positive, and was open to feedback. I definitely feel like the company delivered on that promise and then some. I've made incredible friendships with my coworkers, genuinely enjoy what I do, and feel fortunate to be surrounded by a group of motivated, sharp, and positive people. That being said, the job is a lot of hard work and requires effort. You have to be motivated and looking for a job that will challenge you."

"I've worked at Insight Global now for 5 months. I wish I would have understood the industry a little better before hopping in right out of college. One thing to note is the turnover rate is about 60% in the first year. Since I've been here, at least 20 other recruiters, pros, and managers have either quit or been let go. That being said, if you put in the work, you will eventually reap the benefits both monetarily and positionally. Regardless of one's experience, it is a great job to have especially right out of college."

"Worked for 3 years at Microsoft through IG. While working for Microsoft is fun and challenging, the representatives of IG leave some to be desired. In my 3 years here my account rep has changed 4 times, often without me knowing until I try to reach out to someone for 3-4 weeks and finally getting a call back that they are gone. The benefits from IG are horrid, like, insultingly so. For a company that is contracting with Microsoft (which has amazing benefits), this is bad."
