"The overall work environment of Insight Global is unlike anything else you will ever see in a professional setting. You are put in a Google office-type setting where everything is open and everyone can support everyone. The workers you sit next to are some of the most helpful people you will ever meet in a professional setting. No matter whether you're having a good day or a bad day, you will always have people behind you to push you forward and motivate you to be the best you can be. The standards are high but that is only because the management sees so much potential in each and every one of their recruiters and account managers. Everyone in the office has their own strengths and weaknesses and Insight Global finds a way to make everyone better in their own style. Every single recruiter in your office starts out at the same salary so its nice to be able to connect with each other when you are all going through the same struggles and accomplishments. The opportunity to grow is probably the best aspect of this company. I have been here for just under 6 months and already have the opportunity in front of me to be in a position of sales not even a year into employment. You will not find a better entry-level position than at Insight Global!"
