"Be wary of accepting an internal position with Insight Global. The corporate recruiters speak only of the very best parts of the company, giving you a very unrealistic view of what you will actually be doing on a daily basis. You basically sit in a call center until they deem you have made enough cold calls to recite a pre-written script to a client in person. Your base pay is very low and your commission is 1%. Only those who are comfortable with screwing others over succeed in this company."
