"The compensation is terrible and not enough hours not enough career growth."

"CEO is an immature young boy and so are his fellow Mormon managers who have no management experience."

"Needs to pay the lead development people commission, managers need management training, they fudge the quota numbers to their advantage."

"I didn't dislike anything about the company itself more with management and training."

"I would take the time and find someone that is willing to put time and effort into training your people to do there job and not have a manager that is going to make you feel stupid and not support you when you ask for help."

"The company has only a few employees and is still in it's start-up stages, there is minimal room for growth at thisthe companies current stage of development."
