"The industry we are in Agriculture and my office in Springfield, IL and my direct boss: Ray."

"Work in Springfield, IL. we're the best remote office from corporate in Omaha, NE"

"Sleezy upper management only concerned about how they look. lack of vision and leadership. poor growth opportunities. no upward mobility and no raises to salary in last 2 years."

"Start a think tank and have a roundtable discussion at least monthly with what is working/best practices. Have members of Schneider and Telvent be involved as well."

"Bray Valve and Controls is a stable company to work for and the benefits are good , location is great with an easy commute .The facilities are kept clean ."

"Be straight forward and honest about who you are and what you can do ."

"I do not have any negative comments concerning Bray Valve and controls ."

"The greatest assett are their employees , and I have a lot of respect for the management at Bray Valve ."
