"Upper management/executive team running company have poor management skills, Treatment of employees by being deceitful, your micromanaged, employees are treated like idiots and are just numbers to the company. They have to hire all the time because they are firing left/right almost daily. They have no respect or regard for the employees. Hiring process is unorganized, no training, pay scale is very very low, and the bonus program knocked out because they gave a dollar raise in over 3 years. big whoop. Recent restructuring event, but that was only closing offices across the states-firing over 70-80 people with in 2 months time because they were over head. Newly elect executive members running the divisions now got there because they know the CEO-buddy system. They have no business skills or how to run the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Either sell the company to real business men who know how to run/ own a company or just close your doors."
