What do you like about working at Brook Furniture Rental?
"Exceptional national sales program and operational training, worth recognition within the industry. The beauty of its process is that it negates the need for micro-managing, ensures fluidity of discourse within infrastructure and end user, and instills a sound foundation for any future Sales/Marketing/Operations-related endeavor with its execution. Across the board, great communication between Executives, nationally and within regions. Unique affiliations and partnerships makes up for any mundane work-a-day reality."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Extreme Service Today, Tomorrow, and Forever is the motto. If you hold true to these words, interviewing is the least of your worries."
What don't you like about working at Brook Furniture Rental?
"The Sales Executives, Distribution Team, and End Users - together - truly run the show here. Given inept management, as the CEO has a curious process of hiring management (but consider if you, yourself, were the CEO), daily routines can become tiresome and lifeless. This is unfortunate because the sector holds most interesting and prosperous possibilities.."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"DO NOT micro-manage and understand the foundation by which the Sales & Distribution process is sustained. Management has the utmost position of mediating and making pertinent decisions when an ultimate call-for-action is necessary, based on the negotiations and decisions among your trusted team. Again, this is the beauty of the concept by which the infrastructure was built. It is one to be commended."

"Fun outgoing high energy work enviornment. Global. Lots of high level connections and a real interesting training program. Stimulating. Learned a lot about creating urgency and high ticket closing over the phone..."

"Love the phone and passion for results or forget it!"
What don't you like about working at MEI Technologies?
"Too formal tried to bring British Culture to the US and all it did iwas make the enviornment more stuffy. I just made a game of it ....top producer consistently."

"More thinking out of the box to adjust to each incividual."

"This was the best company I ever worked for to date. Very capable group."
What do you like about working at Syncroness?
"Syncroness is an awesome company, staffed by very capable partners (5) and very capable engineers. The CMO was always giving free reign on making things happen, which was a very stimulating environment. Went on initial outside sales calls to local companies as well. Extremely creative environment."

"Do anything you can to work there. They closed down the Laguna Niguel office. Based in Denver."
What don't you like about working at Syncroness?
"Can't think of anything. They left the job open and creative."

"Keep up the great work! Keep encouraging your team. Teamwork was a key factor here."

"I enjoyed working in a fast paced enviroment,with the sales of toys to various customers in USA,working with a great boss,placing orders,cold calling,problem solving,providing top notch customer service."

"Get the offer in writing.Understand that this company does not have an upward mobility opportunities."
What don't you like about working at New-Ray Toys?
"Always a constant back order problem from our factory in China to our warehouse in USA,many of my orders would be pushed aside for larger type accounts such as Walmart,thus delaying my orders of up to six months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand USA buying culture,follow-up on promises.Follow through on promises made to customers and employees."
