"The tip that I think is most important is to have an open attitude and willingness to learn and set trends with the technology they specialize in."

"The company did not provide an opportune working environment causing needless stress."

"I would recommend they integrate the suggestions of the reps more frequently so the reps do feel like they have a voice that is heard and respected in the company."

"Our CEO is a hard-worker that is still involved in the everyday grind of the company"

"Be prepared to work-hard and put the customer first. We stress customer service, which is a good thing."

"Our opportunity for growth is limited. Both position wise and monetarily"

"I have nothing bad to say. One criticism is to listen to the ideas of your employees, whether they are right or wrong."

"I don't really like much. Managgers don't know what they are doing, everyone is young and stupid so they ae hired easily. positions open up all the time which means people leave or are fired all the time."

"If you don't have a soul, this is your place! Go for it, all you."
What don't you like about working at SHI International?
"Micromanaged, little breathing room, horizontal not vertical movement, chaotic, not secure, I feel like a number rather than a person. And the customers treat us that way too."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If inside sales were what pulled he numbers and money in to the business, I would not have it at all and just have a machine based purchasing system."

"I like the training provided, the working environment, the ample resources of information and the strong name the company has in the market."

"Make sure that any interview you go in that you learn about the company. I feel that not knowing anything about the company shows that you might not be a good fit because you do not understand what the company is about and what their goal in the industry is."
What don't you like about working at SHI International?
"The room for advancement is complex and hinders new employees from early advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I feel that Management has a good understanding what is needed as they provide support in the work place and understand when real life situations may require your attention over work some days."

What do you like about working at Agilent Technologies?
"I worked for HP when Bill and Dave were still managing for a while. I loved working for HP then and the years following their retirement. The HP Way and positive work environment was wonderful."
