"I have nothing bad to say. One criticism is to listen to the ideas of your employees, whether they are right or wrong."

"I don't really like much. Managgers don't know what they are doing, everyone is young and stupid so they ae hired easily. positions open up all the time which means people leave or are fired all the time."

"If you don't have a soul, this is your place! Go for it, all you."

"Micromanaged, little breathing room, horizontal not vertical movement, chaotic, not secure, I feel like a number rather than a person. And the customers treat us that way too."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If inside sales were what pulled he numbers and money in to the business, I would not have it at all and just have a machine based purchasing system."

"I like the training provided, the working environment, the ample resources of information and the strong name the company has in the market."

"Make sure that any interview you go in that you learn about the company. I feel that not knowing anything about the company shows that you might not be a good fit because you do not understand what the company is about and what their goal in the industry is."

"The room for advancement is complex and hinders new employees from early advancement."

"I feel that Management has a good understanding what is needed as they provide support in the work place and understand when real life situations may require your attention over work some days."
