"good environment, easy commute, noise free environment, good benefits, good salary"

"I like the low stress environment because I came from a high stress environment and it was nice change."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It has been 5 years since there have been raises. When you negotiate a salary do not settle because it will not change for a while. Also, employees tend to stick it out here so new positions are few and far between."
What don't you like about working at Georgia Southern University?
"I do not like that my boss is extremely close minded and hates change and has groomed the other employees around the office to be the same way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would present my employees more opportunities to excel and creatively apply technology. I feel like we could do better for our clients and that we do not exceed expectations."

What don't you like about working at Georgia Southern University?
"not many opportunities for growth, there have been no raises for the last 5 years but insurance premiums and retirement have become more expensive so for the last 5 years we have made less and less money"

"need to work on leadership skills and give employees more opportunities to excel"

"This was one of my first IT jobs. I really appreciated the effort spent on mentoring and developing employees."

"EDS no longer exists. it has been bought out by HP."

"I enjoyed this job. I have no complaints about the company."

"I felt management did a great job of balancing the client, the business, and the employee. The resources needed to get the work done were made available."

"Decent company to work for, but plenty of negatives."
What do you like about working at ISHPI?
"ISHPI is a small company with amazing people working in the admin areana. They have pretty much one lady doing all admin stuff and she is hands down the best I have ever dealt with prividing immediate answers to all the quests I had regarding a ton of changes..."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sure you do all the math in your head, the salary is very low, but having great health care with zero premiums whether you have one or 15 dependents can be quite valuable."
What don't you like about working at ISHPI?
"Speaking of changes, this is where they lost ALOT of trust and credit from me. Upon hire, they offered amazing benifits and perks, but a wage that is well below average. 6 weeks after winning a contract, they cut out reimbursements for home internet, cell phone, and gym membership. All of which take a contract to sign into. Total reimbursement is about $175 per month. This helped make up for their low wages, so when they cut $200 from everyones pay, it created alot of contempt. I do credit the owner for being the one to send out the email, which is far more respectable then telling someone else to do it. I did not like the tone of the email which gave the overall story of we're growing so fast, doing so well, we have to cut your pay! But it is what it is. 401K also went from amazing 6% match to half that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't justify cuts with no one else offers those when your employment pitch was no one else offers these! just a month ago."

"If you interview with this company, be looking for ways to be identified as a positive contributor to our work environment."

"I felt I was not able to reach my full potential."

"I would improve the company by: Providing tools - including individual change models, tip sheets and information for fulfilling roles. Providing support - help managers and supervisors succeed at leading change with peer and expert support."

"Nice company with nice colleagues, cozy environment, fun working style and good culture."

"Be understanding of the working space in NYC, but remember to choose the salad you like in your lunch time."

"They don't support me a full time position with H1B visa."

"I think currently the management style in Just Salad are suitable for its business trends."
