"Decent company to work for, but plenty of negatives."

What do you like about working at ISHPI?

"ISHPI is a small company with amazing people working in the admin areana. They have pretty much one lady doing all admin stuff and she is hands down the best I have ever dealt with prividing immediate answers to all the quests I had regarding a ton of changes..."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure you do all the math in your head, the salary is very low, but having great health care with zero premiums whether you have one or 15 dependents can be quite valuable."

What don't you like about working at ISHPI?

"Speaking of changes, this is where they lost ALOT of trust and credit from me. Upon hire, they offered amazing benifits and perks, but a wage that is well below average. 6 weeks after winning a contract, they cut out reimbursements for home internet, cell phone, and gym membership. All of which take a contract to sign into. Total reimbursement is about $175 per month. This helped make up for their low wages, so when they cut $200 from everyones pay, it created alot of contempt. I do credit the owner for being the one to send out the email, which is far more respectable then telling someone else to do it. I did not like the tone of the email which gave the overall story of we're growing so fast, doing so well, we have to cut your pay! But it is what it is. 401K also went from amazing 6% match to half that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't justify cuts with no one else offers those when your employment pitch was no one else offers these! just a month ago."
