"Review people based on their own performance, not based on meeting diversity quotas."

"Freedom to be creative and the best bosses I could have imagined to have."

"Not too much, other than the fact that it isn't doing so well financially, which means lots of lay offs for good employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management needed to communicate better with lower management in order to spend money more wisely in more important areas. My immediate management was amazing; however, some other departments needed managers with better people skills."
