  • "I started working for K12 back in 2019, as an enrollment specialist, getting students into their online schooling, it was a mixture of customer service, light sales, and documents processing. I quite enjoyed the work environment and my coworkers, I cannot thank them enough for the work they gave me, it was truly great. Come 2020, my initial contract with them ended back in November, but they decided to rehire my for a different position, this time working on the backend of K12, I helped develop classes that students would be taking. This work was semi-remote, as prior to COVID-19, I would go to the office maybe 1-2 times a week, then work from home. Remote work was very comfortable, and my coworkers were incredible as well. It was a new experience, to say the least, a lot of learning, which my superiors were happy to help with. My only dislike is that after all the work I did for them, I was never hired on permanently, just for contract work."

  • "Calvin is behind peer institutions technologically, but it works hard with what it has. It makes up for lower pay and older tools with increased flexibility and a great work environment."
