"The main thing is to be yourself. Be the great sales person that you know you are."

"The thing that I don't like is the lack of growth opportunity."

"I think management is pretty good. The only suggestion I have is that I think we have to many managers...At times you may not know who to report to."

"Overall, the company is pretty decent, they're are many who have been there for many years, which says something in my book on how satisfying it can be to work there."

"The executive management team on too many occasions seemed to not be aware (or maybe not care) on the processes necessary to get the job done at times."

"Listen to the workforce more closely, become familiar with processes in place, understand that a decision that affects one area can have a profound affect on another."

"Location of sales office. Also, the over all sales process."

"Ask the hard questions about what your duties will be, exactly, and what expecations there are."

"They wanted to take the control of the sales process away from each individual and give scripts that people had to read from. Became more like telemarketing."

"You compared running the business like ordering french fried from McDonald's. Always the same no matter what location. Well, people don't want to hear a robot when working through their advertising needs. They want a Sales Consultant."

"Nothing, if I hadn't had an opportunity to have a full ride in college I'd have stayed."

"Customer service was not a high priority; emphasis was on making the sales true to an environment springing from yellow pages. Product fulfillment was somewhat shortsighted"
