"The executive management team on too many occasions seemed to not be aware (or maybe not care) on the processes necessary to get the job done at times."

"They wanted to take the control of the sales process away from each individual and give scripts that people had to read from. Became more like telemarketing."

"You compared running the business like ordering french fried from McDonald's. Always the same no matter what location. Well, people don't want to hear a robot when working through their advertising needs. They want a Sales Consultant."
