"The company culture is not as evolving in work life balance, employee involvement/engagement, and career development opportunities."

"The company was in the middle of reduction in force and moving most back of house positions off site to las vegas resulting in loss of personal service as well as jobs."

"Sometimes there business objectives are a bit vague and it seems like they backtrack more often then they should."

"Too many deployments back to back from Iraq, Afghanistan, and other countries."

"I believe that the US Army has to manage their database better so they do not send the same people to countries at war back to back."
