"Management positions, engineering or construction project management positions, and administrative positions require proven competency in the field of endeavor. There is room to grow with this company, and (as a recruiter) I found the company's management was always willing to give the good candidate a chance."

"The work hours could get long but the work environment was always enjoyable."

"To answer this would be presumptuous of me. This is a privately-held company and the manner in which it is run is obviously very successful."

"Only interview if you're comfortable with constant high stress."

"The company has undergone structural changes since I've started there 2 years ago, and I'm on my 3rd Ops Manager. It's difficult to get your footing when the staff is constantly changing."

"Management would benefit from listening more to the people in the trenches, and follow market trends in terms of retaining business."

"continue development of employees..fast paced technology requires experts and hands on that long term employees have versus learning curve for significant new hire replacements. Learning curve slows moving products to market quickly."
