"I have been an employee for going on 7 years and it only took 6 and a half years to get my 3 year pin and I have yet to receive my 6 year pin, and some district managers that don't give good people a chance to move up or transfer to other offices by telling you no new people in new offices and the fact that I had been with H&R Block for over a year at the time, but let other people that just started the year the office was opened. I have tried for years to become an office leader and still have not gotten there and seriously thinking of not coming back this year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get people that actually know how to relate to people and care about their employees and what the employee wants to get out of it."

"It afforded opportunity to meet a wide range of clients (tax payers), and created some challenging tax environments."
