"This company is quick to fire without good reason after you have worked long, long hours and accomplished their immediate need. Managers tend to blame workers to save their jobs... and get away with it. This is the only company I would never work for again. Also, the management I worked for was very sexist. All females were let go."

"Hire managers that actually know their worker's skill."

"They do not promote the Premium Office to get more clients."

"Do some advertising for the Premium Office to keep the people that do work in there busy."

"The company culture was great. Everyone was treated as people, not as employees, or just another number. It was truly a great place to have worked. I would have continued to work there for a fraction of what I earned at the time. You couldn't have hoped for a better work environment."

"Sometimes you have to deal with difficult types of persons but you end up learning lessons of how to keep relaxed and calm in those situations."

"Really, this is only a part-time learning tool for me and I view it as that."

"Emphasize the desire to provide better than adequate Customer Service - with a smile. Tax Preparation is, after all, an industry based in effective Customer Service."

"I do NOT enjoy nor appreciate the mandatory contests, promotions, etc. in which we are all required to participate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give the Tax Professionals the options of participating in the promotions at which they excel and not participating in those for which they have no affinity. For instance, National Tax Question Day is a complete waster of manpower, time, and energy. The newbies are required to man the tables while the veterans avoid the task completely."
