"Working at HP/ webOS was a great experience. I enjoyed the people most of all. My boss and the department VP were exceptional and HP does a great job at hiring exceptional people at many levels. There was very little political posturing at the low levels and people always felt good about working there. The environment was great!"

"Empower, delegate, trust - lead by example. Defend my employees, promote from the inside, set clear expectations and set accountability - set consequences for individuals that do not collaborate and do not meet deadline and quality when they could have."
