But one of the most unique and sustainable forms of differentiation is how sellers facilitate their customers' buying processes. Customers face a very complex world. The decisions they have to make are sometimes difficult, internal, time, and other pressures add to their challenges. Traditionally, sales doesn't help very much, focusing on their product, service, company and how wonderful they are, but not on the customers' circumstances, challenges, goals.
