"IT is the worst place. If you don't move to their main locations (only a few), you won't have a job, even though you've been in the same position/job/location for a long time. They squeeze every juice that you have and throw you out when done. And no telecommuting for IT."

"Better loyalty to employees. More flexibility in working environment. Less cut-throat."
