"HP is a struggling company. CEO wants to put her name on everything and is forcing people back into the office. No amount of bodies in a building will make up for innovative ideas. Talent is abandoning the company quickly. Remaining workers are off shored and the quality of their internal systems really speaks volumes to this point."
"I worked for HP for almost 9 years and during this time I found it to be a great company to work for. HP's work environment is easy going until things get close to release dates and then it gets busy. The culture is great and most people are helpful. My only negative comment is it is difficult to move up the ladder without a bachelor's degree and so you must manage your career to reach your goals. Don't expect HP to help you very much."
"Frequent layoffs, secretive about job titles and career progression."
"This was one of the best places I've worked. The people I worked with were great and it was a great environment."
"It is a big and great company!"
"I have had three different positions in three years. They can't seem to make up their mind what they want me to do."
"For the most part a great place to work, though some of the lab managers tend to make the work environment hazardous to people and employees. I got along with most of the managers and engineers and loved working on the SAN/NAS equipment.Current CEO is good and is building the company. The last 6 however almost put it out of business."
"Big company, big problems. It will work its way out, I'm confident."
"I have worked with HP for 3.5 years now and to a large degree it has been enjoyable. However, the technology being utilized in the account that I support is not allowing me to grow within my field."
"Love my team, my work, and always enjoy going in."
