"I like the fact that they need me. Coworkers to management to sales count on me and make me feel great."

"There's really not much to it, if you know your role."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"I dislike the distance to my house in Nashua. If the economy is bad but employees contribute to a growth of over 8mil... give more than 1% increase."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Follow job descriptions and things will be easier. This applies to all."
