"What I didn't like was parking. And leaving out of the building every two hours to move your car."

"Overall is a good company to work for, they have some great senior managers and they have accomplished great success under the leadership of the current general manager."

"The cafeteria was very good. Some of my co-workers were nice."

"Don't do it. You'll hate working for Hilton."

What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?

"Everything. The compensation was way below industry standard. Opportunities for career advancement were blocked at every turn. Senior management could care less about employees, and was only concerned with maximizing the profit of investors (I left Hilton before it was bought out). Incompetent employees were generally tolerated; it was nearly impossible to get fired for being a poor worker."

"Stop lying to your employees. Treat your employees like you would want to be treated."
