"THERE ARE TWO GOOD THINGS ABOUT HILTON (AT LEAST HOTEL FINANCE IN MEMPHIS, TN) ARE THAT THE HEALTH INSURANCE IS GOOD AND ACCEPTS DOMESTIC PARTNERS. IN ADDITION, THEY TREAT SEXUAL PREFERENCE AS A PROTECTED GROUP."

What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?

"IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF HOTEL FINANCE, THEN IT WILL BE PERFECT FOR YOU. MANAGERS ARE TREATED LIKE GODS. THEY LEAVE WORK AT 5:00 OR EARLIER AND LEAVE THEIR STAFF TO MEET DEADLINES WITH NO ASSISTANCE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A BUMBLING IDIOT."

"WALK THE TALK. BE A TEAM PLAYER. MENTOR. OR QUIT!"

"The communication from the top is spotty and they always seemed to be hiding their cards causing distrust."
