"The fact that this property is also an Iconic property full of history and memories. And the multi-cultural blend that is the staff."

What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?

"That fact that it is no longer a flag hotel.It is privately owned and therefore they change the policies and procedures every day. There is no consistency and Also a lot of outstanding debts from renovation not paid. That has generated many news articles and bad publicity causing clients to be scared of booking events."

"Sometimes, I felt I could have done more, if not for Hilton's slow standard implementations."

"I love the history that the Hilton Chicago holds, it is truly a Chicago landmark and a city within itself. Also, there are tons of departments that make the hotel run smoothly, and being in the position I am in I have to work with everyone. They are all very good people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. It is a lot of work but working at such a highly regarded hotel, you cannot ask for anything more. This place is amazing!"

What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?

"It is a bit of a tease to work there because it's so luxurious, you sometimes wish you were not a worker but simply a guest. I do get satisfaction though out of making each and every guests' experience there the best they could have ever imagined. If my guests or consumers are not happy, it doesn't make me happy."
