"It was creative, rewarding, exciting, and I loved the international aspect. Plus, there was no more grateful group than the constituencies served."

"Certain individuals were allowed to be abusive, disrespectful, and behave very, very badly."

"There was an old guard there that protected a tight clique of people so it wasn't very welcoming or warm for anyone with new ideas or different opinions. Certain people in key positions were very good at managing up so top leadership didn't really know what was going on; they should have been more connected to what was happening and not what people wanted them to believe."

"Towards the end of my employment, they were moving away from ATG/Java based technologies"

"They moved solely to .NET for eCommerce development, should've had more balance between .NET and J2EE based technologies"
