"Take some ethics training. Reduce the number of middle management: too many Managers, Sr. Managers, Directors, Sr. Directors, etc. at the company with no one reporting to them."

"run run fast run hard and run deep do not get suckered in to the hype and pipe dreams you will need 50k the first year just to break even and they do not tell you this"

"every thing just when you start to make money they come up with new requirements that eat up the profits nothing is free and nothing is cheap and when you find a cheaper alternative the cut you off from your support network and cast you aside like a piece of rotted bread or meat. your nothing but a source of funds for the bigger fish to strip from."

"fire all of them and get new blood that will work with every one and support then no mater what direction they want to go and with what they use to get there"
