"Amazing company to work for. Great leadership who are willing to train and mentor you. Salary was very fair and work environment was very positive . Working close with independent distributors was amazing as you learn a lot from their business perspective and be able to add corporate ideas to mix both areas with the intentions of innovate and continue growing."

"Herbalife International in Winston Salem, NC has a high turn over rate of employees. In my opinion, they are a good marketing company, but not a good manufacturing company."

"I worked only for couple months here my first impression from out side is this will be a great company to work at but it turned out in the opposite way. The company need to work on their policies specifically differentiation between exempt and non exempt policies. Human resources can twist the words in their favor in any given time."

"I worked as a consultant. They treat constants like 2nd class employees. No work life balance. The expectations are unrealistic, understaffed, mean and quick to fire people who question things."

"Our Vice President Mr. Kiran V helped me and my team to learn, manage, implement all areas of QA across Herbalife. It is because of him everything is going well at Herbalife India technology center. It is an honour to work here and be with the entire employee group. Herbalife pays really well in terms of salary, perks, promotions. Few things to improve are infrastructure, facilities and organization structure (especially for QA) for which Mr. Kiran is taking steps to improve."
