"Love the ability to interact and positively affect people on different levels. Enjoy seeing a plan come together. Dislike the feeling of having to manage an eighth grade drama class. Making sure that the petty annoyances and attitudes of a few are not detrimental to the attitudes of the many."

I wish service was cheaper on used car repairs so the front end can make some sales profit, seems like the ro has double that is on the older vehicles like 2004 2005 2006. "I have no complaints. They were fair and treated me well. Every company has their fair share of small problems. Its what we do as a team that makes the difference."

"More face time with sellers and clients. Meeting need to happen to exchange information and planning. Maximize that time and keep meeting to a minimum."
