"As long as you like the format and the people you are working with you'll be fine as an account executive meeting our goals. If looking to be promoted into management, this company would not be the ideal situation unless they change their upper management style/personnel."

"Small company with only 2 decision makers/managers at the top who take advantage of being there the longest. Non-working managers."

"Eliminate Director of Sales postiion, and keep/hire a manager for each radio station for direct focus in order to grow revenue working with AE's one on one."
