"2008 resulted in the loss of customers due to the closing of so many businesses and downsizing. This dropped our income. Banks increased interest rates and cut lines of credit. While we remained profitable the loss of working capital made growing the business difficult and facilitated the decision to sell. It created a stressful period,"

"I was running the show, along with my partner. The decisions made were made by myself and my partner."

"Great people to work for. People are great, willing to learn and apply. Great rapport with customers."

"Micro management. Few customers. Very tight profit margins made it difficult to fund needed resources."

"Continue with the QA and CI applications. Develop new markets and customers (diversify)."

"If you have a weekly meeting use 10 minutes per meeting to have a topic about job motivation which includes: write something positive every day on piece of paper posted on the office door."
