"Great people to work with and for. Very responsive to suggestions from its employees. They've provided me with just about any equipment and/or training I've requested."

"They do not seem to have a realistic view the salary levels in the New York/New Jersey market and are seemingly unwilling to make the investment necessary for a fully functional office."

"Management really needs to create a skills inventory among their senior employees and find a way to better leverage these skills across branch lines."

"I do not like the lack of vacation time or benefits and since I am the manager I have no room to grow."

"I did not like that we had some big projects from the past (before I worked there) that had been miss managed and porley bidded. The jobs made it tough to get through."

"This company looks for hard workers. If your thinking of working for this company they will expect perfection. (as they should)."

"I didnt like that my supervisor was unable to preform his job duties and it hurt the properties the were under him."

"After they let go my regional manager I don't think they should change anything. It was a nice company that had a small glitch."

"I dont like the fact that the bar had to closed for personal reason of the owners."
