"I worked for GEICO for 1 year, during that time I became ill and missed time during the orientation period. I was unable to meet company guidelines due to this. GEICO is a great company that I would most certainly recommend to anyone looking for a job. They have great pay and benefits. Everyone there is always very happy and helpful. Tony Nicely is a great CEO. He makes his presence known and always has fun/helpful interactions with all of employees."
"I've worked for GEICO for five years, and there is an undeniable ability to move up and improve your earning potential quickly - if you work hard and want it. However, there are issues that lead to moral and ethical dilemmas, the same ones that almost every large company faces, that may be difficult for some people to get past. In addition, they are notorious for under-paying associates."
"I have worked in Geico since 2011 to 2013. It was a good working environment and it has 200 employees working in the location in Maryland. In automation section we worked all together, 25 employees."
"Best job I've found."
