"Improve communication, get documentation organized and up to date, spell out job responsibilities and ownership of projects, and give staff the access to resources necessary for their jobs."

"The regional manager was not honest about many things with the job or the growth of the company while I was being recruited."

"The location was primo, but I enjoyed working with very smart engineer's and learing so much so fast! Which benefited me, because I started out as a Software Intern (11/99) then six months later became a Software Engineer."

"Yes, continue studying new technology because GE is big on simulating and using these new OpenSource Tools."

"Be very careful of the people that you let go. Look at the big picture. They may cost much more than their peers but they inevitably bring in and save the company far more in dollars and retention of customers."
