"Please don't get sold by the GE brand name. It won't mean much to you in the long run. Make sure you negotiate your base salary very well. There's no concept of annual bonuses, salary increments are meager at best. Manager won't care much about you, you'll have to look out for yourself. Remove the phrase 'work-life balance' from your dictionary."
