"Large company without flexibility and clear growth paths. Lots of excess stress from making lots of cuts and cost reduction as opposed to ability to make required risks for success."

"There can be alot of micro-managing. No feeling of security in my job. We always hear how great our revenue is until it comes time for performance reviews, then we hear how challenging the environment is, without fail."
