This is the best group to work for in the company because of the vast skill set of the group as well as the project opportunities. Being in this position I see many different projects throughout GE. That being said GE has some organizational issues that cause a lot of easily avoidable problems within the company."

"Large company without flexibility and clear growth paths. Lots of excess stress from making lots of cuts and cost reduction as opposed to ability to make required risks for success."

"Need better plan for grooming and growing young members. Also need to have more feeling of ownership with products. Workplace needs to be upgraded to feel more modern."
