"For as long as I have worked at Gamestop I have had more good times than any other job I have been employed at. It has had its rough times but they are very few and far between. My fellow co-workers are very knowledgeable of their product and are happy to help any and all customers. The overall environment is just a wonderful place to work."

"Office politics between departments can be absolutely insane. A lot of territorial BS."

"I would get serious about growing the company's digital offerings rather than keep pumping everything into expanding the brick-and-mortar retail business."

"The business goals involved trading and pre-ordering products but offered little to no incentive to the employees or management team. The location where I worked in particular saw much more traffic but much less sales due to the nature of the mall location compared to stand alone locations."

"There should be a greater incentive for performance and a greater amount of regular scheduling. The total store hours were often very restrictive and should be expanded for better store maintenance."
