"For as long as I have worked at Gamestop I have had more good times than any other job I have been employed at. It has had its rough times but they are very few and far between. My fellow co-workers are very knowledgeable of their product and are happy to help any and all customers. The overall environment is just a wonderful place to work."

What do you like about working at Game Stop?

"I liked the people I worked with, the discounts, and the ability to check out games."

What don't you like about working at Game Stop?

"I didn't like the regional managers and the constant feeling of distrust and constant surveillance by upper management. Also, if a regional manager, district manager, or corporate representative had a positive or negative comment, they should give it directly to the employee rather than manager, who then relays the information."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open communication through all levels of employees would reduce many problems. Also, anonymity in suggestions passed on to upper management would keep employees from being retaliated against for questioning higher level management opinions."
