"For as long as I have worked at Gamestop I have had more good times than any other job I have been employed at. It has had its rough times but they are very few and far between. My fellow co-workers are very knowledgeable of their product and are happy to help any and all customers. The overall environment is just a wonderful place to work."

"Working as Store manager for gamestop gave me a sense of ownership because you deal with every aspect of running a business. It was also a fun environment as the product that you sale is constantly changing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As a store manager you handle all operations, but are also looked at as the number one sales person. Be prepared to show your sales personality and handle a very high pace environment"

What don't you like about working at Game Stop?

"The lack of opportunity growth. The company does not look as store managers as possible district managers candidates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A better training program to promote within."
