"yes. Ask and you shall receive. You have to ask for a promotion or an increase in salary or anything else otherwise they will not offer.That was when I worked for them. I am not sure how much things have changed."

"Treat your customers and people like you want to be treated in addition to pay your suppliers within 45-60 days not 120 days plus.We lost ton of good suppliers because of their late payments."

"if you love helping people and interacting with them then this is your job, but scheduling might not be good for you if you are going to school"

"The paranoid culture I could never get used to, and the penny pinching by top management made day to day functions difficult on a fairly routine basis. Also, every store, and even departments within stores, were pitted against one another, rather than working towards the benefit of the company as a whole."

"Loosen the purse strings a little, and stop having stores/departments within stores compete with one another"
