"The salary was on the lower end and the benefit package did not make up for the low wages."

"My suggestion would to promote more from within and to provide additional training for staff to enhance their skills in the field."

"No administrative support, antiquated technology, lack of professional management, lack of professional opportunities and no compensation incentives. No holiday vacation bank, accumulated vacation time is deducted as paid time off."

"Cut having a separate log for every piece of equipment, have one log for each type of equipment, and give us back our overtime."

"What I like best working with the company is the knowledge I attain that I didn't have when I joined the company, all the medical terms that was learned just being a part the medical environment."

"I feel that if a person doesn't have the education that is required for the position maybe training and checking that persons character and ability and willing to learn."

"I didn't like the fact the ratio of caring gor four patients should be less given the health condition of the patients whom requires much more one on one care."

"Maybe if the budget allows, maybe hiring more workers to better care for the patients."
