"Job went from mediocre to awful. The best term I could use to describe the culture from a corporate and regional perspective is dysfunctional. The management of HR in particular was almost to the point of verbal abuse--though I hear the person that perpetuated that environment is gone. There were several re-orgs while I was there, and never any good messaging about why or what the end goal was. While I liked being part of a company that helped chronically ill patients extend their lives--that was the only redeeming quality about working there. After a while, you realize your own health and well being is taking a hit. I am SO much happier since leaving there!"

After reading another driver's review I have to say he nailed it I also would add that I've never saw employee morale lower. It's such a shame, because at one time it was a great place to work. Management has gone down hill so much it's unreal. Its so disappointing to know that you are truly just a number."

"My first impression of this company was "man they've got it together" (like so many other drivers told me), WRONG. I work out of the Rock Hill DC and I can honestly say is the most unorganized, poorly dispatched, and disrespectful to the drivers' input on their routes They have so many co. rules (with extreme consequences) that it makes it hard to get your stops off without getting a DOT violation. They preach safety (while putting you in a position to speed) to get done and get back."
