"There are managers there who are far harder on contractors than on full employees. There are also managers who don't listen to the people who work for them. They make some contractors work hours without any form of compensation."

"Stop and listen to your people. Try to see their point of view and don't concentrate on just what you think is right. Your people may not be right, but giving them a fair hearing shows them respect that they will be able to reciprocate...and they might just happen to have a good idea."
