"Good teamwork. Team culture was good. Opportunity to learn and to make own decisions when solving problems."

"Make sure you negotiate your starting salary. Once you get in, raises will not be much. Ask about career advancement. The company has been going under a lot of restructuring. Employee satisfaction and security was severely damaged."

"Lack of job security. Too much politics. Good performance was recognized by immediate manager but not necessarily by upper manager."

"First level management is good. Upper management don't remunerate efforts of less known engineers much though they have done a good job."
