"I rated our previous CEO, as our new CEO is too new to evaluate.We need more focus and investment on fewer projects. We are just spread too thin to do everything that the company is trying to do."

"I liked working on development tools, and I liked being able to work from home and occasionally travel to the sites where our engineers worked."

"We have very little profit sharing and very little interaction/overlap with management and engineering."

"Every position, from smallest to biggest, can and should be involved in everyday planning and resolutions, at least 10% cross-talk between all levels from mgmt to operators"
